4. What data do we collect and how long do we keep it?
When you make a donation
When you make a donation, we keep information about the transaction (amount, time, type of transaction and type of donation). If you make a donation via Swish, your phone number and the information you provided when making the payment, such as your name, are stored.
This information is stored by Swedbank and possibly bankgirot.
When you become a member
The personal data we collect and store in our membership register is information about your name and contact details such as email address and phone number, as well as information about the transaction of your membership fee (amount, time, type of transaction).
When you volunteer with us
The personal data that we collect and store in our volunteer register is information about the name and contact details such as email address and phone number, as well as information about the membership fee transaction (amount, time, type of transaction and type of donation). We also store any photos and videos in which you are visible in connection with events and/or training sessions in which you participate as a volunteer with us. If these are used, this will only be done internally on the Tjejjouren West intranet.

However, Tjejjouren Väst is always responsible for the processing.
