What is stress?
Stress is a feeling that can come when you feel you have a lot to do and not enough time. You may be stressed by pressure, expectations or ideas about how you should be or what you should do.
You can also get stressed if you feel you have no power to influence your life. For example, if you have a disagreement with a friend or a fight with someone in your family, you may also feel emotional stress.
Many people associate stress with being busy, but sometimes you can feel stress even when you have little to do. You may feel that you are not using the energy you have, and feel restless. Sometimes you can feel stress without knowing what it is.
